Our facility is state of the art using efficient material handling and packaging systems aimed at same day shipments for all stock items. We are located very close to I-22 and Corridor X that joins Birmingham, Alabama with Memphis, Tennessee and provides easy access logistically.

1. How do you normally ship my items?
Small packages will ship via UPS. Larger items will ship via LTL carrier. Customer Pick Up is available and loaded on your trailer with adequate notice.

We are open Mon - Fri from 8am until 5pm - Central Time Zone.
3. Do you sell parts for trailers other than Fontaine?
Yes. In most of the lines we carry, Fontaine PartSource has access through our vendor partners to supply you with most items for any trailer. For example, we carry the full line of Hendrickson Suspension parts and Grote Lighting products.
4. I’m an end user, can I order parts directly?
Parts for your Fontaine trailer are available at many of our fine trailer dealers across North America. 6. What’s the best way to identify my trailer model?
Check the left front side rail of your trailer for the Mfr.’s VIN plate. For a Fontaine we can usually identify the trailer in our system with the last 8 digits of the Vehicle Identification Number “VIN”.
7. What if my trailer does not have a VIN plate?
Identification markings may be somewhere else on your trailer. It is best that you call us at 205.385.0800 so that we can help you locate possible other identifcation marking locations.
